Trust & the alpha

What is on during the alpha

The switches that are on, the ones that are off, and how to tell us when something is wrong.

You are using Primsy in a closed alpha: a small group of invited businesses, real bookings, and a few switches deliberately left off. This page is the honest list.

Known rough edges

  • A client who leaves the booking page open for a long time may be offered a time that has since gone; confirming it tells them so and offers the next one.
  • Rescheduling a visit with several services offers times sized for the first service; the server checks the whole visit before confirming, so nothing double-books — but the client may be told to pick again.
  • Exports stop at 5,000 rows. They carry the note a client left on a booking and your private note on it; they do not include the notes on a client’s record, or payment records, yet.
  • The booking calendar shows 35 days ahead at most, whatever the booking window in Settings says.
  • Time off blocks appointment times; event requests are not checked against it, so a request can be confirmed into a day you are away.

Telling us

Reply to the email that invited you. Say what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when — the time and the business name are enough for us to find it. Screenshots welcome. Anything that touched a real client’s data is treated as urgent.
