Reviews on Primsy are verified the simplest way there is: only the person who holds a booking’s private link can review it, once, and not before it — the form accepts a review once the appointment’s start time has passed (or once you mark it completed), and the invitation on the client’s link appears once it has ended.

How a review happens

1. The appointment ends (or you mark the booking completed); the client’s link then shows the invitation.
2. The client’s link now shows “How was your visit? Leave a review” — a rating and a few words, under the name they booked with.
3. The review appears on your booking page.

What that guarantees

• One review per booking, never more.
• No review before the appointment, and none for a cancelled booking.
• No anonymous reviews, and nothing pasted in from elsewhere.

There is no way to buy placement or to hide a review you dislike; that is what makes the good ones worth something.
