Welcome to Primsy
A booking page that fills itself, for one owner or a small team — and what that means in practice.
Primsy gives a small service business one link. A client opens it, picks a service, a person and a time, leaves a name, a mobile number and an email, and is booked — no account, no app, under a minute. You get a schedule that cannot double-book, messages that go out on your behalf, and a client list that is yours.
Who it is for
One owner-operator or a small team, in any of sixteen kinds of business: hair, barbering, nails, lashes and brows, med spa, massage and tattoo studios; mobile pet grooming, mobile auto detailing, pet sitting and dog walking, house cleaning; and the event trades — private chefs, custom bakeries, food trucks, event styling and catering. The booking flow changes shape for each group, which the next pages explain.
What Primsy is not
- Not a marketplace. Your page shows your business and nobody else’s. Clients are never shown a competitor, and there is no commission on anything they book.
- Not a payment processor. Primsy records the deposit or fee you have agreed with a client, on your side of the booking; it never charges a card. Clients pay you the way they do now. See Payments, deposits and fees.
- Not finished. You are reading this during a closed alpha. The alpha status page lists exactly which switches are on.
